Pentagon Says They Have Tested Materials From "UFO Crashes" - Most Likely "Art's Parts" From the 1990's.

Recent news reports have emerged claiming that the Pentagon has admitted in Freedom of Information act filings that it has tested materials from alleged crashes of “alien spacecraft.” Almost certainly these materials are the same ones tested by Tom Delong's fraudulent Deep State UFO investigation called the “To the Stars Academy.” These materials were first obtained by UFO researcher Linda Moulton Howe in the 1990s and given to radio talk show host Art Bell. “Art's Parts,” as they were known at the time, were investigated and found to contain microscopic layers of magnesium, bismuth and zinc. Although at the time their use was not understood and it was difficult to figure out how the material stayed together given that there was no adhesive bonding - even at the molecular level - these materials were found to be exotic but of earthly origin. Some have claimed they were the result of material waste from a high level research laboratory. More likely they were a highly exotic material created for an aircraft or spacecraft based on the Biefeld-Brown effect. I discussed this effect in my 2016 book “Hidden Agenda - NASA and the Secret Space Program.” It is known that the US military had access to T. Townsend Brown's theories and research about electrifying the hulls of certain aircraft and spacecraft design proposals and how it would essentially create a gravity well, or warp drive effect, allowing the aircraft or spacecraft to move forward at high speed without using any fuel. If and when a final report comes out concerning these materials, I expect that it will be revealed that they are from these same samples. While exotic, they are not extraterrestrial, as tests on the oxygen isotope ratios of the magnesium, bismuth, and zinc showed them to be of terrestrial origin. Beware of the uneducated or unscrupulous  UFO researchers who will invariably try to make a bigger deal out of this than it actually is.
